What kind of worries is it for?

Can it treat depression or anxiety?

No. Nagomi is not a medical device or a medical service, and it cannot diagnose or treat depression or any other condition. If things stay heavy, or daily life is getting hard, please reach out to a doctor or licensed therapist — and see the crisis lines below if you need someone now. Nagomi is the everyday self-care that sits alongside professional help, never in place of it.

Is it really free?

Nagomi itself is free. Conversations run through your own ChatGPT (OpenAI) API key, connected once in Settings — usage is billed by OpenAI pay-as-you-go (typically pennies for light use).

Do I have to hand over personal information?

No. All you need is an email address and a password. We never ask for your name, phone number or address — you can stay anonymous.

Can anyone see what I talk about?

Your conversations are stored only in your own account and used solely to provide the service. Your API key stays in your browser and never touches our server. Details in the disclaimer & privacy policy.
